Nova Scotia Works provides Nova Scotians access to information, skills training, resources, and long-term support to help them find meaningful employment. But while the people who benefit from NS Works services immediately become lifelong fans, most people didn’t know who NS Works was or about all the fantastic services they offer. With impressed former clients proving ready-made ambassadors, we decided a testimonial approach was a no-brainer.
Look Forward was developed as a unifying marketing campaign that would bring awareness to all the ways Nova Scotia Works gives people hope for their futures.
Look Forward was developed as a unifying marketing campaign that would bring awareness to all the ways NS Works gives people hope for their futures. We built the campaign around inspiring documentary-style photography and video featuring people who have been impacted by NS Works, framing it around what they are looking forward to now that they’ve found meaningful employment.
The campaign was being promoted across the province, on transit shelter ads and across paid social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. We also developed a robust social media guide and campaign templates for all of the NS Works service providers to promote their individual locations and all the things they do for their communities. This kept the message going even after the campaign ended.
