A Culture to Come Home To: Two Return to Lead at Trampoline

We’re thrilled to share two former Trampoline teammates, Brittany Hall and Amanda Wenek, have recently rejoined the agency after successful chapters away. Their return is a testament to their own growth and talent, and proof that strong, values-driven culture pays off in the long run.

At Trampoline, we’ve always known great work starts with great culture. So, in addition to having the right tools and talent, we focus on creating an environment where our people feel connected, challenged, and inspired to be creative.

Over the years, we’ve been lucky to have an incredible mix of thinkers, doers, designers, strategists, and storytellers come through our doors. Some stay for a season, some for years (one is in her 30th year!), but all leave their mark on the agency and have shaped what it is today. We take pride in the fact so many of those people stay in touch, speak highly of their time here, and in some cases… come back.

Brittany Hall found a home at Trampoline in 2019 as an Art Director and spent 4 years with us building a reputation for great work, high standards, and an ability to ‘lead from the middle’. When she left in early 2023, it was with full support and a quiet hope that we’d cross paths again. In May, that hope came to fruition when she returned to Trampoline after a standout stint with creative agency Forsman & Bodenfors’ Toronto and New York offices. She returns as Creative Director, leading with a special focus on our brand and production design practice.

“Our roots at Trampoline are in graphic and brand design,” says CEO Mark Gascoigne. “When I joined the agency 20 years ago, we were the go-to shop for anyone who appreciated the importance of purposeful brand work. I’m happy to say we’re seeing a renewed focus from companies that understand their brand is a living thing that needs constant love. Brittany’s return strengthens that offering in a big way.”

Brittany joins fellow Creative Directors Jeff Simpson and Rachel Wearing, who continue to lead the agency’s thriving advertising practice.

Earlier this month, Amanda Wenek also made her way back to the East Coast and a desk at Trampoline. Amanda brings over 15 years of experience in production and advertising, the latter of which captured her heart when she first joined Trampoline in 2012. During the six years of her first tenure with us, she sharpened her relationship-building skills and built a strong foundation in creative production.

"In my 15+ years of working, no other company has given me the same feeling of community, "in-it-togetherness, and complete pride in what we do, as Trampoline has.” Amanda shared, “I’ve found no other like it.”

Amanda rejoins Trampoline as an Account Director after seven years in Ontario where she led a content studio and held the role of Director of Production at a PR and communications agency.

“We’ve had great people come through Trampoline over the years who’ve left a real imprint on the agency,” says President Leslie Gascoigne. “Amanda was part of a special crew that did great work, had a lot of fun, and thrived on the energy here. We’re thrilled to have her back.”

As the agency continues to grow and evolve, we’re proud to remain a place where people do excellent work, build lasting relationships, and, sometimes, find their way back home.

Welcome home, Britt and Amanda.
