Teens drink. In fact, 80% of Nova Scotian grade twelve students drink. And the research says that when they do, they get hurt. In 2010, Injury Free Nova Scotia wanted to raise awareness and create conversation around risky drinking behaviours and their potentially serious consequences. But it needed to be in a language that youth would listen to. Enter The Goat – a seemingly random symbol with a crystal clear message.
