Halifax-based agency demonstrates steady growth, with yet another new hire

HALIFAX, NS, January 12, 2017 – Today, Trampoline announced yet another recent hire, Melissa Hughes, as Director of Insights & Integration.

A strategic marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the agency setting, Hughes will play a key role on many of Trampoline’s accounts, providing data-driven insights to inform strategies across creative development, branding, experiential marketing, digital and social media.

“Melissa’s strategic direction will undoubtedly serve as an asset to our team, and more importantly, to our clients,” said Mark Gascoigne, Chief Executive Officer, Trampoline. “As the Director of Insights & Integration, Melissa will focus on uncovering the motivations and behaviours of our clients’ customers and translating these learnings into communication strategies that will persuade consumers and drive results.”

Hughes joins Trampoline after time spent at Colour and more recently Halifax-based MODE Digital, where she specialized in strategic planning, even spearheading a new practice area focused on combining qualitative and quantitative research to map digital behaviour.
