You know those guys in the control room at NASA who are always so calm, cool and collected no matter what chaos may be going on around them? Adam is our NASA guy. His title, “Controller” could not be more accurate. In the midst of a fast-paced, creative, demanding and, yes, even crazy, environment, Adam remains grounded and in control. But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a wild side. Ask him about his “Bubbles” report and then stand back as this guy gets pretty excited when talking about his “baby”.
When Adam was a little boy growing up in England, he didn’t dream of becoming a guard at Buckingham Palace or Bond, James Bond. No, he dreamt of coming to Canada, starting a hockey league (floor hockey, but hockey is hockey!) and scoring his first ever goal, as a Canadian citizen. Check, check and check—hey, it’s a hat trick! Well played Adam, well played. You really and truly are Canadian.
To handle all the twists and turns of their busy schedules, Mark and Leslie need one smooth operator. Enter Carole Bell, Trampoline’s experienced, super-organized (and did we mention bilingual?) Executive Assistant. With many years in the game, Carole brings her skills from previous positions at Progress Magazine and the Consul of France in Halifax. That’s right — not only can Carole balance the scheduling needs of both Mark and Leslie, but she can do it all in two languages!
At home, Carole is a proud mother to two boys: one, a stand-up comedian and the other, an aspiring carpenter. And when Carole’s not busy with her two boys, you can probably find her giving attention to her two Calico cats, or adding to her pretty extensive shoe collection. Our money is on the shoes.
As our trusty office manager, Emily is a master of multi-tasking. Whether she’s welcoming a new face at the door with a smile, planning our next big event, or troubleshooting an entirely new challenge, Emily always knows just how to handle all the moving parts at Trampoline HQ. Anytime something runs smoothly, we usually have Emily to thank.
Emily earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University where she majored in Human Resources with a Certificate in HR and Industrial Relations. Translation: she knows a thing or two about how to keep a workplace happy and healthy.
When she’s not at the office taking good care of all the Tramps, you’ll likely find Emily working up a sweat finding her next fitness challenge at the gym, singing along at a country music concert, or cheering on her beloved Toronto Maple Leafs. Hey, two out of three ain't bad...
