Being a positive force this season

Date Posted: December 5, 2017Reading time: 2 minutes

As you make your way up to the Trampoline office, you’ll see our mantra to “be a force for positive change in Nova Scotia” written proudly on the wall. It serves as a daily reminder for not only how we make business decisions, but how we strive to make meaningful contributions to our wonderful communities throughout the province.

So, in the spirit of the season (and like many before this one) we’re giving back to our local community. This year, we’re collecting donation items for Adsum for Women and Children. With four locations in Halifax, Adsum provides a range of much-needed services and support for women, families, youth and trans persons during periods of homelessness. They are the true definition of the mantra that shines from our wall.

If you would like to donate an unwrapped item to our collection for Adsum, donations can be dropped off at the front desk at Trampoline between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm until December 14th.

Are you being a force for positive change this holiday season?

For those reading this who want to make a difference in your community this season, there’s still plenty of time. We encourage you to rally up friends, family, and co-workers to host a gift drive, fundraiser or participate in an event — whatever it takes to be a leader in your community.

If you’re looking for an organization that supports our community this holiday, here are some great examples that our Tramps are involved with.

If you or your office are already hosting a fundraiser, or are collecting items to donate this
season, we sincerely thank you for being a force for positive change. We hope that you continue this generosity into the new year and beyond. We sure will be!
