Two new tramps join the team… make that three!
Trampoline Branding is thrilled to announce a number of new additions and staff promotions.
Tyson Hynes has joined Trampoline as Associate Creative Director, a newly created senior role within the organization. Tyson joins Trampoline after a six-year stint as a Senior Art Director with Trampoline’s Brewery neighbours, Extreme Group.
“I had a great run at Extreme and was very proud of the work I had done there over the past six years,” said Tyson. “It was just time for a change and Trampoline seems to be heading in the right direction.”
Tyson, a native Haligonian who graduated from NSCAD in 1997 with a Communications Design degree, has been one of the region’s most decorated Art Directors. Over the course of his career, which included a number of years running his own design company in Toronto and freelance creative work with other Atlantic Canadian/Toronto agencies, Tyson has always brought a strong integrated brand design sensibility to his work. He has developed award-winning campaigns for the likes of Nova Scotia Power, Worker’s Compensation Board of NS, Nova Scotia Tourism, Aliant, Moosehead Breweries, and Touch of Gold, among others.
“I’ve worked with a number of great art directors over the years and am very excited to collaborate with Tyson”, says Creative Director, Brad Dykma. “I’ve been an admirer of Tyson’s for some time and know that our styles and skills will complement each other to create amazing work for our clients.”
Another new face at this year’s Christmas party will be Nadine LaRoche. Nadine, our newest Account Executive, joins trampoline from University of King’s College where she was a Communications Coordinator. A King’s Bachelor of Journalism Hons graduate and Governor General’s Silver medal award winner, in her role at King’s she was a publications editor, a web content manager and she led the re-design of their website. She’s also worked for filly.ca and Holiday Media Inc. We welcome her to the client services team, where she will work closely on the Saint Mary’s University and Nova Scotia Health Promotion & Protection business.
The third newest ‘tramp’ to join our team is Malcolm James Dykema. Malcolm was born last week and is now home with his proud new parents, Trampoline Creative Director Brad and his wife Sarah. Though Malcolm is yet to come by the office, he says that Brad can get back to work week as long as Sarah stays home for at least a few more months!
We’re also proud to announce the promotion of Erin Lynch to Account Executive. Erin joined us as an Account Coordinator just over a year ago from Stewart McKelvey. A graduate of Mount Allison’s business program with a passion for advertising, Erin has been working with us on the NS Winery Association and The Port of Halifax clients, among others.
Let me know when Malcolm is ready for his first web design lessons. A bit of HTML/CSS/PHP/ASP/AJAX/jQuery builds character. LOL.
Congrats Brad and Sarah.
Congrats to all from an old tramp.
