    I wasn’t sure either. But I bought one anyway. And I LOVE it!!!!!!! The form factor is great for things like the couch, night table, conferences, cafes, airplanes, meetings, travel, etc. Compared to lugging around a laptop for those cases (that will die in 3 hours)… it’s amazing. No you can’t put it in your pocket. But It’s more like carrying around a book or newspaper. And people don’t complain that you can’t fit those things in your pocket. LOL. And the touch interaction on that high res display… where the content IS the interface… amazing. Imagine a device that has similar basic functionality to a laptop but much lighter, much longer battery life, instant on… and nothing to lug around. The battery life has really impressed me. After a full day of airplane travel yesterday from coast to coast (including watching two movies)… it still had almost 50% life when I got home. The only negatives I see are that… although it’s much lighter and so much nicer to carry around than a laptop (for casual use)… it’s heavier than I thought it would be for a “handheld” device. And yes, typing on a piece of glass is not great. But it’s okay and I’m getting better at it.
