While Trampoline’s website is quietly undergoing a facelift and our talent roster continues to grow, updated profile pictures were also on the menu.

How to make it easy? Find a blank wall, set up a stool and a tripod, and file everyone through like hoards of school children. How to make the experience more fun? Take it outside and release your team on the streets.

Our move to central Barrington has made the street a primary character at the agency – working lunches, after hours cocktails, brisk walks, window-shopping and lattes have all become a staple of the Tramp diet. With that, we decided to feature Barrington and its many gems in our staff shots – capturing each member where they work, relax, or do their best creative brainstorming.

However, when pursuing Tramps in the wild, a spectacle can sometimes be made. As I trucked my light stand, Nikon camera and umbrella around, onlookers desperately tried to figure out where they had seen that face – in a local movie or TV commercial?? So far, Tramps have been spotted at Oddjects, Foreign Affair, Starbucks, Burrito Jax, DeSerres and perched on a scooter along the bustling sidewalk.

As more shots are scheduled, I have learned that although “candid” pics might seem easy to capture, the art of executing the “not-posed-pose” is a fine line to balance. “Pretend you just saw your friend down the street waving hello!” in my direction. If you haven’t seen us yet, keep watch around the neighbourhood at your favourite local hot spot and stay tuned to trampolinebranding.com as we prepare for a reveal in the new year.
